Unfortunately there will be no Walcha Mountain Festival in 2022.
Please stay tuned for a possible revamp of this event in the future.
SATURDAY events are held in town around McHattan Park and include the Farmers Market, Billy Cart Derby and PKF Walcha Road Ride Challenges.
The Walcha Quilt Exhibition is held over both days in the woolshed at historic Langford House.
Other events on Saturday include a Trash & Treasure Market at the Fun Clown Shop and a Saturday afternoon session of live music at the Royal Cafe.
SUNDAY events are held in the expansive grounds of historic Langford House, a grand two-story mansion one kilometre south of Walcha.
For the bike riders there is an enjoyable social mountain bike ride, taking in the dirt back roads of Walcha (starting and finishing at Langford).
There is so much to see and do at Langford on Sunday including; tours of the historic mansion, vintage cars, motorcycles, Fleece to Fashion Awards parades, live entertainment, Devonshire tea in Langford, a variety of market stalls and delicious food. The Walcha Taphouse will be running a bar serving craft beer and gin.
The children will be entertained with free activities including a rock climbing wall, bush croquet, facepainting and jumping castle.
